Property Manager
Job Description
Our client is looking to hire a Property Manager to oversee a multi-family property in Nashville, TN. Ultimate candidates will have dynamic experience in managing multi-unit properties. This role involves client relations, budgeting, facility management, and team leadership. The Property Manager will report directly to the President & COO and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the property.
Property Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale properties
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite; experience with Yardi preferred
- Strong client and guest relations skills; must be comfortable with being client-facing
- Ability to manage budgets and net operating income
- Experience in hiring, firing, and performance management
- Business savvy with a sense of marketing and sales strategy
- Possesses natural leadership qualities; able to keep people motivated and operations running smoothly
- BA Degree preferred
- CAM/CPM license preferred
- This position is100% onsite out of their office in Nashville, TN
Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of a multi-unit residential property
- Ensure client and guest satisfaction through effective relations and communication
- Involvement with the budgeting process; manage budgets and net operating income for the property
- Oversee facility management and staff, ensuring all cleaning, and maintenance requests are completed appropriately & in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the social media team and contribute to marketing and sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise
