Project Manager
Job Description
A well-established construction company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their team in Hawthorne, NY. In this role, you'll manage multiple small-scale electrical projects, handling everything from site visits to coordinating manpower and overseeing procurement. You'll work closely with superintendents and other team members to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 / year DOE
Project Manager Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical subcontracting, with the ability to manage projects independently
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and estimates
- Experience with project management software, preferably ProCore and Accubid, and strong skills in Excel
- Ability to visit and manage job sites independently, ensuring smooth project execution
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Self-motivated and ambitious, with a desire to grow within the company
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage 15-20 smaller electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Visit job sites regularly to review project progress and ensure sufficient manpower and resources
- Work closely with superintendents and other team members to coordinate daily operations and procurement
- Handle change orders, invoicing, and other general project management duties as required
- Conduct estimating for smaller jobs, utilizing systems such as ProCore, Accubid, and Excel
- Ensure all project documentation is organized and maintained through cloud drives and other digital tools
