Job Description

A rapidly growing land development firm specializing in municipal and civil engineering projects is seeking a skilled Project Manager in Boca Raton, Florida to oversee a variety of land surveying and engineering initiatives. The role involves managing projects from start to finish, including drafting plans, writing proposals, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with municipal projects, land surveying, and land development, along with strong skills in project management and client communication. This is an onsite position with opportunities for growth within the company s expanding departments.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage landscape architecture projects, including municipal, redevelopment, and land development initiatives
- Coordinate and work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Prepare site plans, landscape designs, and technical reports
- Oversee the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Conduct site visits for field verification and coordination
Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor s or master s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program; Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) in Florida or eligible for licensure
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with municipal projects, abandonments, dedications, and redevelopment planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Civil 3D preferred
- Strong knowledge of Florida s native plant species, environmental regulations, and sustainable design practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
