As we continue to grow, we are searching for a polished, high-caliber Project Manager/Executive Assistant with a standout background in sales support. We are looking for a versatile, trustworthy and forward-thinking professional to provide high-level support for our creative and visionary CEO. This is not your typical PM or EA role, it s the perfect hybrid of both We are looking for an exceptional individual with strong integrity who can truly help make the magic happen. Position: Project Manager & Executive Assistant

Salary Range: Up to $90, 000 / year DOE

Project Manager/Executive Assistant Requirements:
  • 2-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong background in sales support
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a focus on prioritizing and multitasking
  • Must be able to perform some recruiting activities, such as screening candidates and coordinating interviews
  • Must be skilled in negotiation, with the capability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure
  • Must demonstrate a deep sense of loyalty, with a history of long-term commitments in previous roles, underscoring strong respect for confidentiality
  • Must be tech savvy, with the ability to manage emails, coordinate projects, and assist with various technical needs
  • Must be a creative thinker capable of turning ideas into reality
  • Must be quick to adapt to new priorities and capable of adjusting strategies on the fly
  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and effective exchanges
  • Must be experienced in managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Must be open to taking direction and working collaboratively across teams
  • Must be capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess a high intellectual capacity that drives a passion for creativity, innovation and excellence
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred to effectively support sales-related tasks

Project Manager/Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Attend and take notes during CEO's meetings and follow up on discussed points
  • Manage the CEO s communications and respond to LinkedIn messages
  • Coordinate company-wide meetings and take ownership of company/corporate event planning
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Analyze business metrics and manage Salesforce data
  • Manage tech stack projects;evaluating vendors, quote management, etc.
  • Support corporate and leadership teams with HR projects, commercial projects, and IT related
  • Lead and complete other ad hoc projects, as needed
  • Support sales and marketing teams with lead generation and branding projects
  • Organize the CEO's schedule, files, and workspaces
  • Assist in recruiting and screening candidates
  • Optimize the CEO's calendar for efficient time management
  • Collaborate with the CEO's personal assistant to ensure unified support
  • Maintain confidentiality across all forms of communication
  • Keep digital workspaces tidy, including managing emails and Slack
  • Respond to the CEO's personal and professional requests as needed
