As we continue to grow, we are seeking a polished, high-level Executive Assistant/Project Manager/Office Manager with a standout background in sales support. We are looking for a dynamic, versatile, and forward-thinking professional to provide high-level support for our creative and visionary CEO. This is not your typical PM or EA role, it's a perfect blend of both which means we are looking for someone with strong integrity, intellectual curiosity and a keen intuition who is capable of managing a variety of projects. The right person for this role will have a combination of creative vision and practical skills, along with the ability to work at high-speed capacity with flawless execution and exceptional follow-through. We are looking for someone upbeat, intuitive, well-organized, and tech-savvy with a quick learning curve. Someone honest, loyal, innovative, thoughtful, and able to multi-task and manage their time well.

Your tasks will include a blend of administrative, technical, personal and sales-related activities where you ll be involved in meeting preparation and note-taking, managing communications, organizing company-wide meetings, assisting with metrics, tackling various projects that require a sharp eye for detail and occasionally making a good cup of tea if necessary! Position: Executive Assistant
Salary Range: Up to $110,000 DOE
Executive Assistant Requirements:
- 7 years minimum of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong background in sales support and project management
- Must have strong Salesforce experience as well as extremely technologically savvy to work in multiple systems
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a focus on prioritizing and multitasking
- Must be skilled in negotiation, with the capability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure
- Must demonstrate a deep sense of loyalty, with a history of long-term commitments in previous roles, underscoring strong respect for confidentiality
- Must be ultra tech savvy, with the ability to manage emails, coordinate projects, and assist with various technical needs
- Must be a creative thinker capable of turning ideas into reality
- Must be quick to adapt to new priorities and capable of adjusting strategies on the fly
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and effective exchanges
- Must be experienced in managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Must be open to taking direction and working collaboratively across teams
- Must be capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess a high intellectual capacity that drives a passion for creativity, innovation and excellence
- Must work well and a high-pressure fast-paced, sales environment
- Needs to be extremely comfortable working across multiple department such as marketing, recruiting, operations, sales, technology, and administration
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Perform 25% EA support and 25% office duties and 50% Project Management for the Director of operations and the chief executive officer
- Attend and take notes during management and leadership meetings that take place once a week and follow up on discussed points as well as follow through to ensure all projects get completed from ideas set during the management meeting
- Manage the CEO s communications and respond to LinkedIn messages
- Coordinate company-wide meetings and plan major events
- Analyze business metrics and manage Salesforce data
- Lead and complete ad hoc projects
- Support sales-related activities
- Organize the CEO's schedule, files, and workspaces
- Assist in recruiting and screening candidates
- Optimize the CEO's calendar for efficient time management
- Collaborate with the CEO's personal assistant to ensure unified support
- Maintain confidentiality across all forms of communication
- Keep digital workspaces tidy, including managing emails and Slack
- Respond to the CEO's personal and professional requests as needed
