A nonprofit organization that specializes in foster care and adoption located in Culver City, CA is looking to add a Program Manager to their team. Pay Range: $70,000 - $73,000 DOE 


Responsibilities: 
  • Attending outreach events to recruit families 
  • Managing all day-to-day aspects of their project 
  • Working with government partners and local foster family agencies to build a presence in the community 
  • Develop community partnerships to build awareness 
  • Recruiting volunteers and host families 
  • Facilitate host family training 
  • Oversee program communications and outreach
  • Represent the program at conferences and in media 

Requirements:
  • Experience with foster care and/or child welfare required 
  • Social work experience required 
  • Good listener and personable 
  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • Master's of Social Work required
