A distinguished legal firm specializing in estate planning, probate, and trust law is actively seeking a talented Probate and Trust Administration Attorney to join their dynamic team in Salem, OR! In this key role, you'll engage with high wealth clients to provide personalized legal strategies, collaborate with a team of skilled professionals, and conduct workshops to educate potential clients.
The firm is looking for attorneys with at least 1 year of probate and trust administration experience, or 2-3 years of estate planning, with exposure to probate and trust. Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Conducting client-facing duties, initial consultations, and designing comprehensive strategies for affluent clients
- Collaborating with a team of professional advisors for creating holistic plans
- Supervising paralegals and legal assistants
- Managing case flow and ensuring timelines are met
- Conducting educational workshops
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Probate and Trust administration experience OR 2-3 years of Estate Planning with exposure to Probate and Trust
- Experience in entity formation such as LLCs, C-Corps, and S-Corps
- Must be barred in Oregon
