Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Managing Attorney
Job Description
A renowned personal injury law firm in Century City, CA is searching for a talented Prelitigation Managing Attorney to join their dynamic team! They are looking for someone with at least 3 years of pre-litigation to supervise a team of 8 and have direct involvement with larger cases while managing and overseeing pre-litigation cases. This role is ideal for a team player, with a strong work ethic. Pay Range: $120,000 - $180,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead multiple teams, ensuring effective case management and team coordination
- Actively engage in significant cases, guiding the pre-litigation process
- Ensure comprehensive management of pre-litigation stages, maintaining high standards of case preparation
- Collaborate across various internal departments to streamline processes and negotiations
- Monitor performance metrics of teams and departments, aiming to meet or exceed key performance indicators
- Strategize legal case approaches in collaboration with fellow attorneys
- Perform regular case reviews and facilitate team discussions
- Supervise a substantial number of active cases, maintaining organizational oversight
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-litigation within personal injury law
- Essential experience in representing plaintiffs
- Competence in using specialized legal software and Microsoft Outlook
- High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively with diverse teams
