In this role, you ll support back-office operations and financial planning processes. This role focuses on data management, analytics, and collaboration with financial planners to prepare for client meetings. They are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional eager to learn and contribute in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position Title: Planning Services Administrator
Planning Services Administrator Responsibilities:
- Update spreadsheets with client data, gather financial details, and ensure accuracy
- Support annual client meetings through data entry, reporting, and interpretation
- Work closely with planners to understand data needs, ensuring seamless processes
- Use financial planning tools for data visualization and process flow
- Maintain updated pricing and assist with financial documentation
- Use deductive reasoning to streamline data collection and reporting tasks
Planning Services Administrator Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (formulas required)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Naples, FL
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Familiarity with financial planning tools like eMoney and Visio
