Job Description

A popular insurance company in Framingham, MA is seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team! In this hybrid role, you ll enjoy the flexibility of working three days in the office and two days from home. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in personal lines account management (or be ready to step up from a personal lines assistant role) and hold a P&C license. You can look forward to a friendly, collaborative culture with a relaxed atmosphere, where team members are encouraged to share ideas and take ownership of their work. Personal Lines Account Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in personal lines account management or related experience (personal lines assistant ready to step up)
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
  • Strong client communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in handling client inquiries and managing multiple accounts
  • Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and work independently
  • Experience using Epic insurance management system is preferred (training available)
  • Bachelor s degree is preferred

Personal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of 200-300 personal lines accounts (auto, home, condo, renters, umbrella, etc.)
  • Handle client communications including new account setups, policy renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
  • Work closely with producers and the team to ensure the best insurance solutions for clients
  • Assist clients with policy changes, such as adding/removing vehicles or homes
  • Review and market policies for competitive rates during renewal periods
  • Provide timely and accurate client support over the phone and via email
  • Handle endorsement requests and process changes in client policies
