Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
A rapidly growing personal injury law firm in Los Angeles, CA is searching for a sharp and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support two attorneys! They are looking for candidates with 2-3 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience who are detail-oriented and able to handle a fast-paced environment with precision and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time onsite position, where you can look forward to getting in on the ground floor of a fast-growing, innovative company with unmatched energy, great benefits, fun monthly events and so much more!
Salary Range: $30 - $50 / hour DOE
Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Support 2 attorneys, managing a caseload of 50-70 cases
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and discovery
- Heavy involvement in discovery processes
- Communicate with case managers, clients, and opposing counsel
- Oversee and delegate tasks to other paralegals as needed
Paralegal Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal
- Strong knowledge of the full litigation process
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings and discovery documents
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor s degree is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Familiarity with FileVine and Clio case management systems is preferred
