Job Description

A premier legal firm specializing in personal injury and employment law is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team! The ideal candidate must have at least 3-5+ years of experience in personal injury law, with strong legal research and writing skills and a genuine enthusiasm for navigating the courtroom. This role is fully onsite and provides a very lucrative earnings potential through a competitive base salary and uncapped commission. The firm also offers a laid-back, friendly work atmosphere and other perks!

Pay Range: $130, 000 - $200, 000 DOE + commission

  • Manage a caseload of 40-50 personal injury cases, ensuring effective progression and resolution
  • Participate in at least one trial per year, with responsibilities ranging from support to lead roles
  • Conduct depositions and assist with comprehensive trial preparation
  • Make routine court appearances for various legal proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and analysis, supporting case strategy development
  • Draft and prepare a wide range of legal documents, including motions, correspondence, and case-related materials
  • Summarize discovery documents and manage case files efficiently
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Outlook for case management and organizational communication

  • 3-5+ years of personal injury experience
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • General knowledge of California Civil Procedure
  • Experience drafting and responding to discovery
  • Legal writing experience
  • Employment law experience is preferred
  • Plaintiff side experience is preferred, but not mandatory
