Job Description
Hybrid in Stamford, CT
A tech-savvy and rapidly expanding law firm specializing in personal injury cases is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney who is barred in Connecticut and New York. They are looking for a skilled attorney with at least 5 years of experience, with courtroom experience and a strong focus on plaintiff personal injury law. Pay Range: $100,000 - $135,000 DOE + commission
Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload rolling personal injury cases in various stages
- Handling pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement preparation for automobile and premises liability cases
- Drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, motions, filings, and court approval processes
- Collaborating with paralegals, disbursement, and vetting teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of attorney experience, with significant personal injury experience
- Must be barred in New York and Connecticut
- Plaintiff side experience in personal injury cases is essential
- Courtroom experience is a must
- Proficiency in Outlook, Slack, Word; Litify (CRM) experience preferred
- Organized and able to navigate challenges effectively
