The owners of a thriving real estate firm are seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide high-level support, in both their personal and professional lives. This role is heavily focused on personal assistance tasks, including managing day-to-day household needs, coordinating travel, running errands, and caring for their dog. Additionally, you will assist with light clerical tasks in the office. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, reliable, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 / year DOE

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage personal schedules, appointments, and reservations
  • Run errands, including shopping, returns, and sending RSVPs
  • Oversee household needs, including contractor/vendor management, home repairs, and supplies
  • Care for their dog, including walking, appointments, and overnight care when the family is out of town
  • Arrange travel plans and advance trips to secondary properties to ensure they are prepared
  • Oversee packing, logistics, and trip-related errands
  • Organize and update files, calendars, and contact lists
  • Unsubscribe from junk emails and manage photo cloud storage
  • Digitize and catalog photo albums and artwork
  • Coordinate dinners, both casual and social, at the home
  • Filing, organizing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Perform minor updates to websites and online profiles
  • Assist the owner s parents with errands and appointments as needed
  • Ensure accurate records for household expenses and vendor charges

Personal Assistant Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to high-net-worth families or executives
  • Proven ability to handle personal and household tasks with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and schedules
  • Love for dogs and willingness to provide care, including overnight stays during family travel
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and provide proof of a valid driver s license and insurance
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to assist with errands or appointments
  • Familiarity with Yardi Breeze, Excel, and QuickBooks is a plus
