Payroll Manager

Job Description
A national plaintiff law firm based in Boca Raton, FL is in search of a Payroll Manager to join their accounting team! In this role, you will be responsible for processing a high-volume payroll every other week, including bonuses and commissions. You will need 5 years of high-volume payroll experience and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is required.

Pay Range: $75,000 -$90,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process high-volume payroll every other week
- Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions
- Prepare and issue earning statements and paychecks
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data
- Provide information and answer employee questions regarding payroll-related matters
- Manage and review electronic timekeeping systems
- Provide administrative assistance to the accounting department
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a payroll office
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
- Experience with Sage is preferred
