Job Description
A law firm in the Seattle, WA region, is hiring a Paralegal to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, document preparation, and case management. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, managing case files, and assisting attorneys with trial preparation. Salary Range: $72,800 - $83,200 / year DOE
Paralegal Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in civil litigation law
- 2+ years of Paralegal experience
- Strong experience in discovery and case management
- Proficiency with technology, including Adobe and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 100% onsite at their office in Tacoma, WA
Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Manage 30-50 cases
- Conduct discovery, review and organize medical records, and draft demands and mediation packets
- Handle depositions and balance certifications from providers
- Support all multiple attorneys with various cases, ensuring thorough and timely documentation and follow-up
- No billable hour requirements, allowing you to focus on quality and efficiency
