A boutique law firm in Greenwich, CT with a commitment to integrity and exceptional client service, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their team. This role involves working closely with attorneys and senior staff to support high-quality legal work in estate planning, trust management, and project coordination. They are looking for a candidate who thrives in a team-oriented environment, possesses a proactive attitude, and is committed to excellence.
Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize legal documents, including trusts and wills, for client delivery
- Act as a witness or notary during client meetings
- Maintain and manage confidential files with the highest level of discretion
- Coordinate projects to ensure smooth workflows and deadlines are met
- Draft correspondence and support attorneys in estate planning and trust-related work
- Oversee administrative tasks, including printing, scanning, and document preparation
- Collaborate with the legal team to provide seamless support to clients
- Utilize software tools such as Clio, Box, and Microsoft Office Suite for file management and communication
Paralegal Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Associate s degree, or Paralegal Certification is required
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in estate planning, probate, or trust law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Clio and Box is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Team player with a willingness to handle a variety of tasks, from administrative to advanced legal responsibilities
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to client satisfaction
- Experience in estate planning, trust law, or related legal fields
- Project management experience in a legal environment
- Adaptability to a values-driven, client-focused workplace culture
