This role involves coordinating purchase orders, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring seamless communication among vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Order Processing Administrator Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process purchase orders for materials and services
- Submit and track orders with vendors, ensuring alignment with project schedules
- Organize and file project-related documents, including contracts and bids
- Serve as a liaison between vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks related to construction projects, such as schedule coordination and expense tracking
Order Processing Administrator Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with tracking systems is a plus
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and punctuality
- Construction experience preferred
