As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and managing cross-functional teams in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 / Year DOE
Operations Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an operations management role within the design and build or modular manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven experience in managing teams, budgets, and project timelines
- Ability to develop and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on team building
- Experience in inventory control, production planning, and vendor management
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring production schedules, inventory levels, and project timelines are met
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and quality
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and report on key performance metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
