Operations Associate
Job Description
A renowned financial services firm in Great Falls, MT is searching for a dynamic Operations Associate to join their team! This key position plays a vital role in the firm s smooth operation, focusing on industry compliance and operational excellence without direct reports. They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in roles that have emphasized compliance, regulatory understanding, and efficient operations management who are highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of client service! Pay Range: $60, 000 - $65, 000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure branch operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with both company and industry standards
- Work closely with Client Associates to manage workload, ensuring all compliance, regulatory paperwork, and requirements are handled efficiently
- Maintain and update all documents, ensuring easy access and compliance
- Act as a backup to Client Associates, working directly with advisors and playing a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations related to client service
- Serve as the liaison for operations within the firm, participating in calls with other Branch Office Operations Managers to discuss regulatory changes and ensure their implementation and reporting
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience within the financial services industry
- Must hold SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to be trained on Microsoft Dynamics 365 as CRM
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with a positive demeanor and the ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to obtain Series 9/10 is preferred
- Bachelor s degree in a related field is preferred
