Office manager/AP Specialist

Boutique Recruiting has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager/AP Specialist to join a real estate brokerage firm in Dallas, TX. The primary focus of this position is to process payment invoices and manage the office. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable and have strong organizational and administrative skills.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000 DOE
- Process invoices
- Manage accounts payable
- Pay invoices on a daily basis
- Assist with bank reconciliation
- Sort and organize mail
- Handle office management tasks
- Assist with license renewals
- Assist with journal entries and vendor correspondences
- 1+ years of AP experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
