Job Description


Boutique Recruiting has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager/AP Specialist to join a real estate brokerage firm in Dallas, TX.  The primary focus of this position is to process payment invoices and manage the office.  The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable and have strong organizational and administrative skills.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Pay invoices on a daily basis
  • Assist with bank reconciliation
  • Sort and organize mail
  • Handle office management tasks
  • Assist with license renewals
  • Assist with journal entries and vendor correspondences

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of AP experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
