Job Description
A real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a real estate background and experience in property management and administration. The Office Manager will be responsible for supporting the office's property management and admin side, as well as maintaining the office and ensuring it runs smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site position in Los Angeles, CA.
Pay Range: $75,000-$80,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with tenants and vendors
- Follow up with contractors and managers
- Perform data entry and light accounting work
- Maintain office organization and filing systems
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them or take messages
- Work with IT to ensure technology needs are met
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in real estate, commercial, industrial, or residential
- No degree required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and wear many hats
- Knowledge of real estate, construction, and technology
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Yardi
- Seasoned professional who can be a role model for younger colleagues
- Thoughtful and respectful with a desire to learn and ask questions
- Productive and a people person
- Awareness and care for others
