OOH Sales Account Executive

Job Description
A leading outdoor advertising company in the greater LA area is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join their team. The company provides a diverse range of advertising services including billboard marketing, media and entertainment. In this role, you will be responsible for direct sales, client development and building/maintaining relationships that the agency already has. You will need to have strong proposal writing skills, experience in billboard sales or a similar industry, a high energy level to keep up with a busy pace and the ability to travel to major US cities 2-3 times per quarter.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Handle 20-30 inbound calls per week
- Make 100-200 outbound calls and emails per week
- Create new business relationships and maintain relationships with existing customers and agencies
- Meet monthly direct sales goals by bringing in new agencies and clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from proposal to contract to posting new ads
- Travel domestically to meet with clients and close deals
- Manage and utilize website-generated leads to build customer base
- Follow up on leads and close deals
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in billboard sales and out-of-home advertising
- Proficient in creating and presenting proposals to clients
- Ability to handle RFPs with sales support staff
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Computer literate with proficiency in relevant software and applications
- Willingness to travel domestically, primarily to major cities 2-3 times per quarter (6-8 times per year)
- Excellent closing skills and ability to achieve sales targets
- Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience with Billboard Planets is preferred
- Strong ambition and drive to succeed
