A dynamic tech startup at the forefront of integrating AI into healthcare to improve safety and outcomes in critical surgeries is searching for a Medical Sales Consultant to join their team in a remote position. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting with hospital leaders to kickstart pilot programs for our client s unique AI solutions. We are looking for candidates with a strong network in the healthcare industry to leverage their know-how and facilitate critical introductions for the CEO, enabling him to present the company s groundbreaking products that will transform their operations and elevate patient care. This is an amazing 2-3 month contract opportunity for healthcare retirees with strong industry knowledge and connections who can work strategically, hand-in-hand with the CEO to open doors and get the product into as many hospitals as possible!

Salary Range: $200 - $450 / hour DOE

Medical Sales Consultant Requirements:
  • Strong background in healthcare, particularly in hospital administration or medical sales
  • Established connections with high-level hospital personnel
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with a flexible schedule and the dynamics of a startup culture
  • Experience selling AI features to hospitals is a big plus
  • Candidates must live on the West Coast

Medical Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with hospital directors and other essential personnel to initiate pilot programs for AI solutions
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and follow-up of pilot tests, ensuring they meet strategic goals
  • Utilize established network to arrange meetings between CEO and hospital stakeholders, opening doors to new opportunities
  • Communicate the clinical and financial advantages of products to encourage adoption and implementation
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to refine and implement sales strategies tailored to each hospital's culture and needs
