Medical Malpractice Attorney Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in Texas
- 1-5 years of experience in medical malpractice law
- Strong legal research and writing skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities

- A strong sense of discretion and judgment in managing confidential client information
Medical Malpractice Attorney Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing
- Prepare pleadings, written discovery, motions, briefs, and memoranda
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on 10-20 cases, providing comprehensive legal support
- Engage with clients, opposing counsel, and courts to advance case objectives
- Participate in depositions and manage case-related communications
- Work closely with a dedicated paralegal to ensure efficient case management
- Navigate various personalities and work styles within the firm to achieve positive outcomes
