Marketing and Regulatory Sr Counsel
Job Description
Boutique Recruiting has teamed up with a cutting-edge health company in Florida to find an experienced attorney to join their company as a Marketing and Regulatory Senior Counsel! Our client is looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as an attorney, who has a strong background in marketing compliance, regulatory affairs, and FDA regulations within the dietary supplement product or food industry.

Pay Range: $150,000 - $175,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve company advertising and marketing materials
- Oversee FDA compliance programs related to labeling, claims, and adverse event reporting
- Collaborate with the Regulatory and Quality teams on FDA regulations and compliance
- Provide legal guidance on consumer data protection and privacy
- Support trademark matters and review contracts related to marketing and events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal compliance support and guidance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an attorney
- At least 2 years of in-house legal experience
- Strong background in marketing compliance, regulatory affairs, and FDA regulations within the health industry
- Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state
- Commercial contracts experience is preferred
- Privacy experience and/or IAPP certification is preferred
- Familiarity with trademarks and intellectual property is a plus
