This is an exciting new position as the firm transitions their marketing efforts in-house and expands into new markets. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance the firm's online presence and drive lead generation. Your primary responsibilities will include website development, SEO, PPC advertising, content creation, KPI tracking, and collaboration with the social media team.
The company is looking for a professional with 5+ years of experience with digital marketing, preferably with a background in the legal industry. With the firm's consistent growth over the past 6 years, this position offers significant potential for career advancement, including the possibility of progressing into a Chief Marketing Officer role. Pay Range: $56,000 - $90,000 DOE
- Take ownership of SEO efforts, transitioning from external companies to in-house management, and devising strategies to enhance our search engine rankings
- Oversee PPC campaigns, website development, content creation, backlinking, and monitoring rankings across different cities to refine our marketing strategies
- Manage website development and build-out, ensuring a user-friendly experience and impactful content
- Create and publish engaging blog articles, track content performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the social media team to maximize the impact of our social media channels
- Craft and optimize Google and Google Maps ads to increase brand visibility and generate leads
- Coordinate with external vendors handling billboards and TV spots, ensuring cohesive brand messaging
- Develop and manage a monthly marketing budget of $20,000 to $40,000
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the personal injury space
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in website development, SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics
- Prior experience in the legal industry, preferably within personal injury law is preferred
- Experience working at a marketing agency with law firm clients or in a similar industry
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- A proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies and delivering tangible results
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, PPC advertising, and SEO tools like SEM Rush
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
