Marketing Administration Assistant

A nationally renowned real estate company is seeking an energetic and innovative Marketing Administration Assistant to join their thriving offices in Ventura!
As a Marketing Administration Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, assist agents with technical inquiries, manage social media content, and contribute to a range of marketing initiatives. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in marketing support, a flair for creativity, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $26 - $30/hr DOE
- Act as a liaison between agents and appropriate resources, assisting with technical support for sales associates
- Fulfill receptionist and administrative duties including greeting agents, answering phones, and maintaining office supplies
- Facilitate agent inquiries, providing initial assistance and routing queries to the relevant personnel
- Conduct one-on-one training on internal tools for agents
- Manage social media content creation and posting for the Ojai and Ventura offices, showcasing listings, team culture, and community engagement
- Support marketing efforts by creating materials such as postcards, flyers, newspaper ads, and social media graphics
- Collaborate with Marketing Director and team to meet print deadlines and offer creative suggestions to agents
- Balance responsibilities between administrative and marketing tasks
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) for design work
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing support experience
- Proficiency in social media marketing and management
- Graphic design experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work on various platforms
- AA in business marketing or communications preferred
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Energetic and solution-oriented with the ability to handle agent queries effectively
- Must be able to work in both Ventura and Ojai offices
