Marketing Analyst Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in an agency setting
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (or similar programs), Trade Desk, Excel and Ninja Cat
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project timelines
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear stories
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Must be based in Louisana or Texas Baton Rouge or surrounding areas are preferred
Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends and actionable insights
- Create intuitive data reports to showcase client outcomes and campaign performance
- Pull monthly reports using tools like Ninja Cat, Google Analytics, Oracle, and Tableau
- Support digital buy-in efforts by providing data analysis and insights
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories to guide strategic decisions
- Develop case studies for new business pitches and contribute to agency branding efforts
- Collaborate with the digital team to ensure data accuracy and support client needs
- Assist in creating reports that stakeholders can easily understand and act upon
