Litigation Attorney
Job Description
A well-established legal firm that specializes in insurance defense, habitability cases, personal injury defense and premises liability is seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to join their team in Las Vegas, NV! They are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of litigation experience to work alongside partner attorneys with a primary focus on defense litigation. You can look forward to a health work life balance, a billable hours and merit-based bonus structure, 100% medical coverage, unlimited PTO and so much more!
Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Handle 8-30 cases, ensuring thorough and efficient management
- Conduct client interactions and court appearances
- Work closely with partners, providing legal support
- Handle cases from start to finish, ensuring thorough and efficient case management
- Utilize legal research tools such as West Law
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of litigation experience preferably in insurance defense
- Must be barred in NV, CA bar is a plus
- Strong writing skills
- Knowledge of personal injury, premises liability, or habitability cases on the plaintiff side is a plus
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Self-motivated and organized; able to work independently
- Confident and personable; able to build strong client relationships
- Moot court experience is a plus
