A booming wealth management firm is seeking a Licensed Relationship Manager to join its team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will manage client relationships with 150 households, oversee advisory asset management, and provide exceptional financial planning services. Focused on relationship management, this role does not include compliance, operations, or marketing responsibilities. They are looking for a personable, detail-oriented professional with a CFP designation and a passion for delivering top-tier client service.
Licensed Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for approximately 150 households, each with $75-100M in assets
- Provide financial planning and wealth management services with a client-first, advisory-focused approach
- Transition and manage relationships with clients from retiring advisors, ensuring a seamless experience
- Utilize tools such as Redtail CRM and JumpAI to maintain client records and track interactions
- Handle day-to-day relationship management tasks with an emphasis on trust and proactive communication
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a family-first culture while adhering to company goals
Licensed Relationship Manager Requirements:
- CFP designation required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or relationship management
- BA degree
- Active Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Strong relationship management skills and experience with advisory asset management
- Preferred experience with Schwab and/or LPL
- Exceptional communication skills and a warm, client-focused approach
