Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lease Administrator to join the team of a family-owned real estate investment & management firm. With two offices in Southern California, this role is critical in managing our commercial property operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes for the Los Angeles office. Salary Range: $70,000-$100,00K / year DOE
Lease Administrator Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 4-5 years of administrative experience in commercial real estate
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Yardi
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Adaptable; can work with diverse personalities
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Onsite Monday to Friday, at their Burbank location
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with our commercial property vendors and oversee maintenance needs
- Track vendor insurance and facilitate maintenance approvals
- Enter accounts payable data into Yardi and manage maintenance contracts
- Generate invoices for tenants and handle compliance testing (e.g., backflow, sprinkler)
- Assist with lease negotiations, expiration tracking, and tenant correspondence
- Maintain organized tenant files and oversee delinquency collections
- Perform bank deposits and ensure accurate record-keeping
