About: Boutique Recruiting is a privately held boutique staffing firm. We provide recruiting services in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Administration, Customer Service, and all other professional services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Junior Sales Executive Assistant to support our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be a Jack/Jill of all trades and is structured, but able to think outside the box. Someone who is tech-savvy enough and has strong recollection skills (top-notch memory). Somebody who communicates very well written and verbally.

We are looking for a candidate who is a direct communicator with exceptional follow-through skills. Somebody who works at an extremely fast capacity with hyper attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This role will best fit an innovator who is looking to grow within the company and develop their career.

Junior Sales Executive Assistant

Pay Range: $22 - $25/hr DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Regularly update and ensure accuracy of slots in all Account Manager channels
  • Conduct feedback calls, send interview invites, and aid in candidate submissions
  • Manage interview logistics, including conflict resolution and call scheduling
  • Confirm interviews, manage job openings, and assist with candidate processes
  • Coordinate interview times across time zones, especially with East Coast schedules
  • Send professional thank-you notes and references;perform background checks
  • Maintain prompt communication via text, email, and phone, supporting reference checks and sales
  • Keep office organized, handle errands, and provide general support
  • Follow up with clients to guarantee satisfaction and service excellence
  • Quickly prepare and dispatch contracts for a streamlined onboarding
  • Accurately maintain client and candidate interaction records/notes in the system
  • Support the three Vice Presidents in strategic and operational tasks

Requirements:
  • Interest or previous experience in recruiting or sales support is preferred
  • Bachelor s degree is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success
  • Someone who is savvy and performs best when thinking on his/her feet
  • Tech-savvy and able to pick up systems quickly
  • A quick learner with a positive attitude, and approaches challenges with an inquisitive mindset
