Intake Specialist
Job Description
A trendy law firm in San Diego, CA is seeking an Intake Specialist to join their team in a temp to hire position. As an Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing incoming leads, selling services to potential clients, and providing customer service. The firm is looking for a polished professional who is extremely organized, efficient, and friendly for this client facing role. The position is being offered on a 6-month contract-to-permanent basis with the opportunity for continual growth within the firm. Pay Range: $20 - $25/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Provide support during client consultation
- Prepare leads file
- Sell services while managing and following up on leads
- Prepare retainer agreements
- Accept consultation fees
- Ensure clients receive transportation services or other requests
- Set up payment plans for incoming monthly flat fee clients
- Provide customer service to clients
- Keep detailed notes
- Answer phone and take messages
- Train new intake team members
- Present findings of attorney case management reports on a weekly basis
Requirements:
- High School Diploma is required
- 0-2 years of office/professional experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in MacOS
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Previous experience in a law firm is preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
