Job Description


Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their company. In this role you will be responsible for managing IT projects and serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects of assigned projects.  You will also be working with government agencies so experience with government contracting is a plus. This is a permanent, fully remote position and the ideal candidate will live near Washington, DC or be on East Coast Standard time.

Pay Range: $135,000 - $145,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Use programming language in contracts and systems
  • Work in government contracting, especially for military medical applications
  • Oversee IT programs and support federal customers
  • Strategize solutions and implement SDLC, agile, or waterfall methodology
  • Lead a team of 5 and handle stakeholder issues
  • Understand multiple government agencies and their processes

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT management, business development
  • Master’s degree in IT is preferred
  • 10+ years of IT project management experience
  • Familiarity with Agile and scrum, Microsoft apps, and leading a technical team
  • US citizenship and government security clearance
  • SAC PLUS/security plus certification
  • CISSP cyber security certification
  • NACI clearance
