Job Description


A leading company providing health services for seniors at home is seeking a Home Health Business Development Manager to join their team in Vallejo, CA! This is a remote-based hybrid position that is looking for candidates to leverage existing contacts or establish new relationships to generate new business opportunities. They are looking for candidates with 2+ years of home care sales experience who live in Vallejo, have a strong network in the home health industry, and have the ability to travel to meet with clients within the local area. The company has a friendly, family-oriented culture, strong employee longevity and a full benefits plan that includes nice perks such as a cell phone allowance, car allowance, credit card for gas and a generous meal allowance every day!

Pay Range: $100, 000 - $110, 000 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry contacts to increase client acquisition
  • Introduce and highlight the company's services to potential clients and referral partners
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, client needs, and economic conditions to inform business development strategies
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to sales growth
  • Conduct weekly updates with the Executive Team on plans and progress
  • Maintain daily updates in the CRM to track meetings and interactions

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Care sales
  • Strong background in the home health industry
  • Proficiency in CRM Software, HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Valid driver s license and access to a vehicle with a clean driving record
  • Bachelor s degree is preferred;relevant experience is considered in lieu of degree
