Job Description

A fast growing economist firm located in Los Angeles, CA is currently seeking a HR Manager to join their team. The company specializes in litigation and consulting throughout the nation. The HR Manager will be primarily responsible for onboarding and overseeing payroll. The company offers a benefits package including 401k, life insurance, medical, dental, and more! The company prides themselves on putting their employees first and growing a collaborative team. This is a hybrid position but the candidate should be local to Los Angeles and be able to come into the office periodically. 

Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 DOE
 
Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and assisting with the payroll and benefits
  • Payroll training
  • Managing HR Coordinator
  • Conducting onboarding and offboarding
  • Recruiting internal positions
  • Assisting hiring managers with performance reviews
  • Creating and conducting team training
  • Assisting hiring managers with various tasks
 
Requirements: 
  • REMOTE, but MUST be in the Los Angeles area
  • 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in professional services industry required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Be able to work in office when needed
  • Experience with PEO preferred
  • Independent worker, strong communication skills, problem solver
