Job Description
An expanding legal services firm in Los Angeles, CA is searching for an HR Manager! As they approach the milestone of hitting their 100th employee, they are looking for an energetic and dedicated professional to manage the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate is SHRM certified and has a strong management background, with experience working in HR. This is a full-time, onsite position, and in addition to a competitive salary, the firm offers attractive perks such as monthly celebratory luncheons, company outings, Friday donuts, and comprehensive health benefits that are fully covered for employees!
Pay Range: $100,000 - $135,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR functions for a legal firm with 100-150 employees
- Handle employee relations, compliance, and HR guidelines
- Oversee record maintenance and retention
- Provide guidance on hiring and firing processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations
- Bring strong knowledge of HR to work independently and make informed decisions
- Support company growth and contribute to a vibrant, energetic work culture
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of HR experience
- SHRM Certification
- Bachelor s degree
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a law firm setting is preferred
