HR Manager
Job Description
A boutique financial services firm that crafts holistic solutions for their clients is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team of energy professionals. As the Human Resources Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the HR department and shape the company's people strategy as it continues to grow. They are looking for a professional who is not only flexible but intuitive but also intuitive, so they are able to anticipate what needs to be done and wear multiple hats.
The company has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere where you will get to work independently and enjoy a high level of autonomy. The position is mostly onsite in Addison, TX but there is some flexibility to work from home 1 day per week. The company is very generous and they are committed to ensuring they provide a kind and caring work environment for their employees.
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR department and be the point of contact for 86 employees
- Recruit for approximately five roles at a time
- Handle confidential employee relations
- Onboard and conduct exit interviews
- Review employee lifecycles at the company
- Track metrics, such as employee reviews and KPI's
- Research market compensation studies to determine fair pay for different roles and titles within the company
- Work with the PEO (Professional Employment Organization) called Resourcing Edge and direct employees where to find information on their platform
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Managerial/supervisory skills
- Familiarity with Resourcing Edge 360 (PEO software) is preferred
- HR certification is a bonus
