Job Description
A client-focused research and consultant company located in Laguna Woods, CA is seeking a HR/Administrative Manager to join their team. Our client offers applied research, evaluation, and planning services.
The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of administrative experience and the ability to keep confidentiality. The HR/Administrative Manager is responsible for supporting the firm with admin and clerical tasks.
Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Serve as direct support to the firm president
- schedule meetings and manage logistics including travel arrangements
- Manage HR functions including onboarding and performance reviews
- Manage business insurance requirements
- Manage and keep track of all company equipment
- Communicate on behalf of the president
- Coordinate with the firm's vendors and team
- Handle office-related issues
- Organize and maintain department filing systems and records
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in administration/office management
- Keeps confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to manage time and prioritize
- Valid driver's license and reliable travel
