An innovative construction management company is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team in Orlando, FL. As a key member of their team, you ll collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver powerful, consistent branding and marketing materials across digital and print platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role offering the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in a company known for its cutting-edge approach to construction and development. They are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented candidate passionate about design and marketing to elevate their brand to the next level.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain company branding standards, ensuring consistent application across all materials
  • Design marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, posters, trade show banners, email headers, and website graphics
  • Manage social media presence, including creating content and graphics
  • Execute SEO/SEM strategies and manage AdWords campaigns
  • Coordinate third-party marketing services and oversee execution of materials with vendors
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitive landscapes and identify market opportunities
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Support the Marketing Manager on various marketing projects and initiatives
  • Assist with web design improvements and technical marketing needs

Graphic Designer Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of graphic design experience
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic design tools including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database management, and social media advertising platforms is preferred
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and deliver quality work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
