General Corporate Law Lateral Partner Requirements:
- $300K - $325K+ for General Corporate Law Practitioner required
- No minimum years of experience required
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire or ability to obtain licensure
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to the firm's values of diversity, inclusion, and collegiality
General Corporate Law Lateral Partner Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored business development plans with financial support from the firm
- Manage and grow a personal book of business, engaging in active business development
- Mentor junior associates and provide guidance on case management and professional development
- Handle and work on own cases 80-90% of the time, ensuring high-quality legal services
- Engage in legal writing and executive coaching with support from the firm s specialists
- Participate in the firm s supportive and collegial work environment
