Family Office Controller

Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Family Office Controller. This role will support a high net worth individual and requires a high level of discretion, integrity, and class.
Salary: $140,000-$170,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Taking investor calls and handling capital calls
- Tracking income from investments (~200 investments currently)
- Portfolio tracking and management through Excel
- Manage investor portals and gather K1/tax documents
- Bill payments and wire transfers
- Working with the CPA firm to gather necessary information
- Processing wires and transferring money
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- CFP/CFA/or CPA preferred
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Tech Savvy
- Experience doing capital calls
- High-level Excel skills and experience with financial reporting
- High level of discretion, integrity, and class
- Good attitude and warm personality
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and pivot easily
- Polished and professional demeanor
- High attention to detail, especially when working over email
