Job Description
A global manufacturing leader that produces cutting-edge transportation solutions for electric transit and sky rail systems is seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join their team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the company by shaping financial strategies, establishing procedures and strengthening the budgeting process. This is an important position that requires dynamic leadership and collaboration across departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to budgeting and financial analysis. They are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in FP&A, along with SAP and manufacturing experience.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement FP&A processes and systems, utilizing tools like ERP and FP&A systems
- Prepare budgets, collaborating with various departments including sales, cost accounting, and operations
- Coordinate and consolidate budgets across departments, including sales, expenses, costs, and finances
- Establish a process for financial review with senior management members
- Analyze financial data, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Lead quarterly forecast reviews and analyze budget vs. actuals, identifying variances and corrective actions
- Implement financial analysis in the new system interfacing with SAP
- Collaborate closely with Director of Finance and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Proficiency in FP&A systems; experience with SAP is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
