To keep up with the rapid expansion, we are searching for a high-performing and results-oriented Executive Recruiter to join our industry-leading team!
This position will recruit on a national basis for Accounting, Administrative, Executive, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Construction and Technical roles across the U.S. and unlike many organizations, there is$ NO sales component whatsoever. It is purely recruiting and headhunting candidates directly. We are looking for a high-quality, well-networked recruiter with a deep understanding of the hiring landscape for a variety of industries and job functions. Someone upbeat, persistent, and a strong communicator with exceptional follow-through who is a top performer and driven by a passion to close deals and make a big impact on the recruiting industry!
Position: Executive Recruiter
Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 / year base + commissions $150,000 - $375,000 OTE / year
Executive Recruiter Responsibilities:
- source and recruit top talent on a national basis across the US
- Utilize state-of-the-art tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and ZoomInfo
- Understand client requirements and culture to ensure a strong match between candidates and organizations
- Screen and evaluate potential candidates through interviews, assessments, and other evaluation criteria
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand and meet the needs of new and current accounts
- Stay updated on technical market trends, bringing a strategic perspective to hiring processes and practices
- Report and provide feedback to management regularly
Executive Recruiter Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience working in a staffing agency or within the staffing industry
- A strong track record of successful placements across diverse roles and industries
- Proficiency with key recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Salesforce, and other job boards and professional networks
- Expert negotiating skills for salary discussions, candidate engagement, and building lasting client relationships
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving recruitment software and tools
- Deep understanding of the market and hiring process across multiple industries
- Creative problem solver with robust analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA preferred, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work arrangements
