Job Description

A fast-growing tech start-up in Scottsdale, AZ is searching for a flexible and creative Executive Assistant to join their innovative team! They are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a high-level EA who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is excited to help build up the company. The ideal person for this role must be flexible with a go-getter attitude, a growth mindset, and the ability to multi-task well, as you will be responsible for handling a blend of administrative, professional, and occasionally some personal tasks. Pay Range: $110, 000 - $140, 000 DOE

  • Schedule interviews and assist with onboarding new employees
  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars and meeting setups
  • Compile and prepare reports and presentations for various meetings
  • Handle administrative and professional tasks such as paperwork, scheduling, and managing calendars
  • Book travel arrangements and occasionally assist with office tasks like ordering lunch
  • Support in setting up new offices, corporate housing, office furniture, and computers
  • Answer phones, manage emails, and assist in documenting processes and creating SOPs

  • 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a dynamic and flexible environment
  • Experience in HR functions, especially onboarding employees is desired
  • Strong adaptability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Proficiency in using Mac/Apple and Microsoft Suite
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but experience is highly valued
  • Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
