Job Description


A leading commercial real estate company based in Los Angeles is currently seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high level support to the CEO and SVP of Design. We are looking for a polished professional who is truly dedicated to understanding the responsibilities of a CEO and has experience managing the personal side of their role. Your job will involve anticipating the personal and professional needs of the CEO and making decisions that ensure their lives runs smoothly.

At this company, you can expect to work in a dynamic and energetic environment that embraces a work hard, play hard mentality. The company culture involves monthly birthday celebrations, a big holiday party, and an annual all-company meeting in LA to collaborate, educate, and have fun! This is a hybrid position where you will be required to work in the office four days a week, and Fridays are work from home.

Pay Range: $100, 000 - $125, 000 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate CEO and SVP's daily calendars and scheduling all appointments
  • Maintain CEO and SVP's travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Book restaurants and manage home repairs
  • Respond to emails and answer phone calls on behalf of the CEO
  • Manage expenses and prepare expense reports
  • Prepare presentations and documents as needed
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and SVP and make necessary arrangements
  • Act as the head EA and manage other EAs supporting other staff
  • Travel with the CEO and SVP twice a year to New York and Las Vegas for business and personal travel
  • Coordinate family travel arrangements for the CEO and SVP's daughters
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-suite level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the CEO and SVP
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement
  • Must be an old school, conservative EA who is willing to support and serve the executives without pushback
  • Must be available on call and able to travel with the CEO and SVP as needed
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
