Executive Assistant
Job Description
Boutique Recruiting has team up with a client in the media and entertainment industry to find a sharp, sophisticated and polished Executive Assistant to support the CEO! This position is located in the heart of Beverly Hills, CA where you will be required to interact with A-list clients and high-net-worth individuals with a high level of discretion and professionalism. The role involves managing a busy schedule, anticipating the CEO s needs, making travel arrangements, handling phone calls, running errands and other tasks to support both personal and professional activities across the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, with a background in the business development, legal or entertainment industry. The company has a friendly, team-oriented culture with strong employee longevity and a great reputation in the industry!
Pay Range: $65, 000 - $80, 000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Daily meeting preparation and calendar management, including scheduling onsite meetings, travel arrangements, and virtual engagements
- Effective handling of phone calls, directing important ones to the CEO, and noting others for follow-up
- Management of personal and professional expenses, including submissions and tracking
- Undertake personal tasks for the CEO, such as arranging pick-ups, booking flights, and managing household requests
- Support the CEO in business development activities across the entertainment industry
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years in business development, legal, or the entertainment industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (entry level), Word, Outlook, and Zoom Familiarity with Workday software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be personable, calm under pressure, and capable of interacting comfortably with industry executives, high-net-worth individuals and celebrities
- Must have a sophisticated, polished and professional demeanor
- Must have unparalleled organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively with a strong attention to detail
