A modern property management and development company in Denver, CO is seeking a polished, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team! They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a highly organized and results-oriented professional setting to offer comprehensive support, including managing paperwork, data entry, and monitoring communications. This role is perfect for someone who excels in providing support, can think critically, and make decisions proactively and independently while balancing priorities and staying calm under pressure. You will be joining a collaborative but focused team in a professional setting, where everyone is respectful and helps out when needed. Salary Range: $55, 000 - $65, 000 / year DOE

Executive Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working with highly organized and detailed-oriented professionals in an administrative role
  • Real estate industry experience, particularly in commercial property management, is preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for efficient task management and data entry
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and quickly pivot between tasks to meet daily requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to handle client communication professionally and address inquiries or concerns
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools, demonstrating continuous improvement in administrative tasks
  • Ability to work cohesively with a team while maintaining a supportive and cooperative environment

Executive Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Support management with administrative tasks like calendar management, e-filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate insurance certificates, prepare meeting agendas, and assist with inputting work orders into the system
  • Manage security contracts and client communication with flexibility and reliability
  • Accurately handle administrative paperwork and manage tasks
  • Provide seamless support by demonstrating proactive assistance and critical thinking
  • Respond promptly to emails and text threads, prioritizing urgent messages and efficiently handling work orders
  • Maintain and update work orders in the system to ensure accurate records
  • Schedule and manage calendar appointments to keep the team organized and prepared
  • Organize and file documents while keeping contact lists updated
  • Prioritize daily tasks, adjusting to changing circumstances and needs
