Job Description
Single Day Event Gig in Spokane, WA - July 17, 2024 from 5:00 - 10:00 pm
Boutique Recruiting has partnered with a top events company to hire Event Staff for a single day event gig on July 17, 2024 in Spokane, WA. You will be a key player in creating a seamless guest experience at prestigious award event being held at a local restaurant. They are looking for 3 event workers, 1 for a bus staff position and two as event support staff where you will assist event management. This is a fantastic chance to earn some extra money, while contributing to a fun and rewarding award event. The hours are 5:00 pm 10:00 pm.
Pay Range: $20 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Bus Staff (1 Position):
- Load and unload the bus
- Ride to the event on the bus (note: not a driving position)
- At the end of the event, take the bus back to the hotel
- Event Support Staff (2 Positions):
- Assist with event management, acting as the right-hand support for the onsite contact
- Handle any issues that arise during the event by following directions
- Direct customers as needed
Requirements:
- Attire: Black polo shirt, black pants, black shoes
- Good people skills
- Must report to the onsite contact
- Parking costs will be covered
