As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Email Marketing Specialist to support our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be a jack of all trades and is structured, but able to think outside the box. We are looking for a strong communicator, someone who is upbeat, persistent, and can perform outreach without fear of rejection, manage your time well, and can present your ideas in a clear professional manner on paper, in person, and over the phone. Someone who is tech savvy enough and has strong recollection skills (top notch memory). We are looking for a candidate who is a direct communicator with exceptional follow-through skills. Somebody who works at high-speed capacity. Hyper attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. We were seeking someone who is proactive and can anticipate needs. This role will best suit an innovator looking to grow within the company and develop your sales career.
Position: Email Marketing Specialist
Pay Range: $20 - $21/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize email campaigns
- Track essential metrics (e.g., open rates, unsubscribes) and improving processes
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
- Maintain a database of clients
- Determine the target audience for each email campaign
- Compile email lists and keeping data up to date
- Experience or interest in the staffing industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications is highly preferred
- 1+ year of experience in email marketing
- Must be creative and forward-thinking
- Self-motivated, passionate, and hungry to make a big impact
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and quick-moving environment
- Experience with email automation preferred
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and tools preferred
